Hello, my name is [Andrew Wong]!
I do not know how to remove the table...

hi This is Andrew. I am the 4th year majoring in Management Science.
The topic I am interested in is Public policy. The reaseon why i am interested in it because i am majoring in Mangement Science, and took serveral courses regarding to pubic policy. As the matter of fact, the condition in India is not doing as well as in the United States. FOr an example, the traffic is for vehicles moving suppoisnglyl however, animals also walk on the same road.
THis problem can be solved by using improving the public policy. I have a simple idea on that. Assume the problem I have mentioned hapens in the city. IF any animal belongs to a person, then that person need to get a license for that animal. And then catch all the unlicenced animals and send them back to wildside. It sounds simple, but it will make a lot of effort to make it happen.

Donor gives $130 million to Bangladesh By FARID HOSSAIN, Associated Press Writer
Wed Jan 30, 10:02 AM ET

DHAKA, Bangladesh - An unidentified person has donated $130 million to help rebuild hundreds of schools and storm shelters destroyed by a cyclone along Bangladesh's southwest coast, the government said Wednesday.

The anonymous donation was made through the Saudi Arabia-based Islamic Development Bank, said senior finance ministry official Aminul Islam Bhuiyan, describing it as the single largest donation ever made by an individual to Bangladesh.

Bhuiyan said the donor could not be identified because of the bank's confidentiality rules. He said there was no special cyclone relief fund set up at the Islamic Development Bank.

"It's great news for the millions of cyclone-hit people," Bhuiyan said after meeting a team of bank officials visiting Bangladesh to discuss how the money would be spent.

Much of the money would go toward building about 500 schools and storm shelters, he said.

Tropical Cyclone Sidr struck Bangladesh's southwest coast on Nov. 15, leaving more than 3,300 people dead and tens of thousands homeless.

Bangladesh has sought $2 billion in foreign aid to rebuild homes, schools and embankments. It has received about $500 million, including the latest donation, officials said.

Comment:
That is definitely good news to Bangladeshi, because they have free money from a benevolent anonymous. These $130 million is able to help rebuild the damage made by a cyclone along Bangladesh’s southwest coast. However, there’s always a positive and negative side on every single matter. I have read news last year, and it said that Bangladesh is the most corrupted countries among all countries. I am afraid that some people or officers who involve into the distribution of the fund will take part of the money into their pockets.
