My name is Jonathon Lee, but everyone calls me Jon. I'm a 4th year Econ major. In my spare time I'm involved in dragonboating, playing basketball, going to the gym, watching movies, and reading books.

I'm interested in business and new technology and I'm taking this class because I want to try something new. Almost all of my previous classes have been primarily theoretical, so I want to be in a situation where there is something more hands-on. This seems like a perfect opportunity to not only work among highly motivated people, but also to learn more about developing countries and economies as well. I'm definitely excited to see where the next few weeks will lead us.

I'm having trouble creating a new page under StudentPages, so I'm posting here until I figure it out.

I'm interested in new gadgets, especially mobile phones, whether its developed here in the U.S. or imported from Asia. I usually find myself reading articles about the latest developments whether it's a macbook air or a video cell phone. I also have an interest in small and international businesses, which is why I'm studying Economics.

Obviously I'm not particularly tech savvy, or else this posting would be in the correct location, so that's not where I'd be able to help a team. I'd be able to provide insight on different economies, with an anthropological focus -- which is why I find developing countries really fascinating to learn about.
